Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription to any nsyus product at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds on subscriptions
If you were charged by mistake or could not use the product because of a fault on our side, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review a refund.
Credits and top-ups
Used credits and scans are not refundable. Unused top-ups may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
Services
Refunds for website, SEO and custom work follow the terms in your proposal or contract.
How to ask
Write to us through the contact page with your account email and payment details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
